Step 1: Define Your Business Needs
Our team of photography, business and marketing experts will work with you to develop a program to maximize your portrait investment. We will help you select the right background, pose and photography style to create the right image for your business and marketing goals.

Step 2: Create a Custom Program
Each B2B Portraits client receives a custom portrait program that includes:

  • portrait certificates outlining the details of your program and includes your company logo
  • copyright releases for all of your portraits
  • a variety of delivery options including a secure FTP site, CD and prints
  • dedicated customer support team including an account executive and customer service representative
  • central billing and reporting

    Step 3: 800 Number to Schedule Appointments
    Your team members will call a dedicated toll-free number to schedule their portrait session. Our group will identify the closest studios and help select a time that fits your members’ schedule. With over 3,000 studios nationwide, many open 7 days a week, we are sure to have an appointment that works.

Step 4: Portrait Session and Selection
Your portraits are taken in a state-of-art studio by photographers who have completed a nationally recognized 5-star training program.

After the portraits are captured, your team members are able to review their image at a viewing station to select their favorite. To complete the transaction, you can choose to have your team members pay for their portraits at the time of their session or have your company invoiced monthly.

Step 5: Final Image Processing
Each image is reviewed by one of our Digital Imaging specialists to insure the highest quality in our industry. After any necessary corrections, your portraits are processed to meet any additional requirements.

Additional image processing services:

  • Resize and crop image to your specifications
  • Unique naming convention
  • Convert to Black and White

Step 6: Image Delivery
We offer a variety of image delivery options to accommodate your business needs.
FTP - the most convenient way to get the electronic image, we will set up a secure FTP site for you to access your portraits.
CD - your images can be given to each team member in the studio on a CD, or we can send you the images on CD at specified intervals.
Prints - If you require hard copies of your portraits, we can supply you with prints ranging in sheet size from wallet to 16x20. Most sizes can even be fulfilled in our studios.

Step 7: Billing and Reporting
Save time and money by having all billing centralized. Your company will receive a detailed monthly invoice, which includes a listing of members who have participated in your program as well as the date and studio they visited. Additional reporting is available on request.
